Additionally, the company provides marketing services for assets, e.g. in the field of PR, creating and preparing marketing strategies, organizing events and marketing research.

Our team consists of highly qualified and committed employees with vast experience in property management (90 employees in Warsaw and regional offices). We understand the specific needs of our Clients and that is why our actions for the property are tailormade. The regional structure of the offices enables all clients and tenants an easy communication with dedicated property managers.
Anna Kordos
Head of Property Management
Responsible for the entire Blue Assets properties portfolio.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate, mainly in the industrial sector.
She spent 16 years in Panattoni. In years 2006-2009 she was responsible for development activities in Poznań and Silesia regions, and since 2009 she has led the property management services department in Poland.
Prior to joining Panattoni, Anna gained experience working for industrial developer Menard Doswell & Co, where she started in 1999 as a sales assistant and after few years continued her career as a property manager.
Anna graduated from the Warsaw University and finished Post-Graduate studies at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in the field of Property Management.
Magda Kilijańska
Asset and Investment Management Director
Responsible for the entire Blue Assets properties portfolio.
Magda brings more than 12 years of experience in real estate.
As Asset & Investment Management Director at Panattoni for the previous 3 years, she was responsible for liaising with investors, securing their business goals, and supervising leasing and asset management aspects.
Before this role, Magda gained experience in leasing and development at P3 Logistic Parks and Jartom Commercial Real Estate Agency and then at Panattoni.
She completed her Executive MBA and graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration.
Joanna Fajkowska
HR & Operations Director
Joanna Fajkowska is an experienced professional with 16 years record in the real estate industry.
She has been with Panattoni for 15 years, where she held various operational and managerial positions. In 2008-2012 she coordinated the implementation of tailor-made projects in Poland and development activities in the Wroclaw area, and from 2013 she headed the Administration Department. In 2015, she built the foundation of the IT and HR Departments, where she assumed the position of Director. For many years, she was responsible for coordinating activities between the company’s various departments and overseeing day-to-day operations.
Prior to joining Panattoni, she worked at the former Ministry of Regional Development and Immo Industry Poland.
Joanna graduated from the Institute of International Relations at the University of Warsaw and the Faculty of Geography and Regional Studies at the University of Warsaw with a specialization in Spatial Economy.
